Mercedes taken at gunpoint during East Whittier carjacking

East Whittier   Deputies from Norwalk and La Mirada Sheriff's Station are searching for the suspects that took a vehicle at gunpoint Saturday afternoon in the 12300 Clearglen Avenue just adjacent to the Savers shopping center.

The victim's black 2005 Mercedes,
License # 5FDU547,was taken in the 2 p.m.incident by a suspect described as a hispanic male, approximately 5'7" to 5'8" and weighing around 200 pounds wearing a black hat and all black clothing.

The victim told deputies that the suspect arrived at the crime scene in a black Honda with additional suspects that remained in the car before fleeing together towards Creek Park.
