INVESTIGATION SNARLS MORNING TRAFFIC
LA MIRADA- An unidentified Whittier man was killed in an Wednesday morning collision between a motorcycle and passenger van at Valley View Avenue and Bora Drive.
The man was rushed to UCI Irvine Medical Center in Orange with major trauma injuries and was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
The 8:15 a.m. accident resulted in the closure of a half mile stretch of Valley View Avenue from Rosecrans Avenue to Foster Road for several hours during the investigation by Sheriff's traffic investigators.
