5:23 p.m. Deputies are investigating an aggravated assault reported in the 13200 block of Marquardt Ave after responding to a report of a fight involving several males and females.
6:55 p.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made at Rosecrans Ave and Biola Ave for possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, Oct. 23
2:30 a.m. A storage unit was broken into in the 15200 block of Santa Gertrudes Ave. A bicycle was taken.
3:30 a.m. A grand theft (Loss over $950) was reported from an unlocked vehicle in the 13600 block of El Espejo Road.
12:10 p.m. A transient was arrested for armed robbery after taking money from the victim in the Home Depot parking lot at knifepoint. Several Good Samaritans hearing the commotion from inside a nearby business tackled and held the suspect for deputies as he attempted to flee. Deputies arrived in less than 90 seconds of the time of dispatch, and there were no injuries, or further incident reported.
12:24 p.m. An assault related to a domestic violence incident was reported in the 12600 block of Oxford Drive.
7:30 p.m. A set of key were stolen during a residential burglary in the 13900 block of Duffield Ave.
11:57 p.m. A residential burglary was reported in the 15000 block of Ocaso Ave.
Thursday, Oct. 25
1:35 a.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made in the 12800 block of Valley View Ave for possession of a controlled substance.
3:27 p.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made at Foster Rd. and Marquardt Ave for possession of a controlled substance.
5:30 p.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made at Foster Rd. and Marlette Dr. for possession of a controlled substance.
Saturday, Nov. 3
11:25 p.m. A purse was stolen from a vehicle after the suspect smashed out a window in the 15000 block of Imperial Hwy.
Sunday, Nov. 4
10:28 a.m. A vehicle was reported stolen from the 13500 block of Bona Vista Lane.

** An arrest in the 14800 block of Mercado Rd of a subject stopped in public carrying a switchblade knife (a felony).
** An arrest in the 14100 block of Gladeside Dr. due to minor injuries to a victim during a domestic violence incident.
** An assault was reported in the 14500 block of Leffingwell Rd after a victim reported being attacked by a suspect with a cane during a verbal dispute.
** A locker at a gym was broken into in the 13300 block of Beach Blvd. A wallet was taken.
** A vehicle break-in was reported in the 15300 block of Loretta Drive. A purse was taken.
** A vehicle break-in was reported in the 12300 block of La Pomelo Rd.
** Tools were taken during an overnight vehicle break-in in the 12700 block of Loganberry Dr.
** A tailgate was stolen of a vehicle in the 14000 block of Lynmark St.
** Several men in a pickup truck stole a lawnmower from a vehcile parked near Las Flores Ave and Ocaso Ave.
** Medical supplies were stolen from a business in the 15300 block of Valley View Ave.
** A vehicle was reported stolen from the 14800 block of Telegraph Rd.
** A van was stolen from the 16200 block of Avenida San Miguel.
** A vehicle was reported stolen from Biola University.
** A tractor (18-wheeler type) was reported stolen from the 16600 block of Knott Ave.

10/12/18 A theft of jewelry from a residence in the 15200 block of Weeks Drive was reported.
A daytime residential burglary was reported in the 15600 block of Yellowbrook Lane.
Felony vandalism (loss $400 or more) was reported in the 14600 block of La Pluma Dr.
A bicycle was stolen from on campus at Biola University.
10/17/18 A vehicle was broken into in the 14600 block of Mercado Road after its window was smashed out.
10/20/18 A vehicle reported stolen in the 13500 block of Raceland Dr. was later recovered in an industrial section of Rancho Dominguez near the City of Carson.
