The heat will be back on this weekend in La Mirada

The pleasant summer days we have had for several weeks are going make way this for another round

of heat that will reach into the mid 90's by Saturday, remaining in the 90's through at least Tuesday.

The current onshore weather pattern that has brought La Mirada below normal daytime highs for more than a week will begin to weaken on Thursday as a relatively strong high-pressure system will begin to grip the area. 

Daytime highs will reach into the 90's beginning Friday, while overnight lows will still be comfortable at close to 67 or 68 each night over the next week.
