La Mirada- The city will be holding it's annual National Night Event on Thursday, August 2nd from 6:30 pm to 8 pm at La Mirada Regional Park during the weekly Concert Under the Stars event.National Night Out seeks to build community involvement in anti-crime programs and expand and strengthen relationships between the public and law enforcement.
La Mirada Sheriff's, La Mirada Public Safety, Citizen's Emergency Response Team (CERT), and Neighborhood Watch coordinators will be on hand with information for the public.
The musical entertainment group of the night will by the Suffragettes playing modern pop music.
