LA MIRADA- A low pressure system moving through the La Mirada area this morning will bring periods of light shower activity through early Wednesday morning.
This system has left almost an inch of precipitation since it's arrival Monday morning. Another quarter of an inch of moisture can be expected before we begin to dry out..
Most of Wednesday and Thursday will be dry with daytime highs that will reach into the 70's,
Another cold front will arrive on Friday bringing another .75 to 1.50 inches of rain before
a Santa Ana condition brings warm, sunny days Sunday and Monday.
As of 8 am., La Mirada has received .99 inches of precipitation since the current low arrived yesterday bringing the total for the season beginning October 1 to 16.60 inches.
