Tuesday will be another warm day, chance of rain later in week

Tuesday will be another unseasonably warm day as the warm spell that has allowed the area to thaw out from what will be remembered as one of the wettest months ever seen in La Mirada.

Monday is expected to have been the warmest day of the week as the high was 81 after an overnight low of 48.  The hottest place in the nation yesterday was Ventura, but just barely, at 82 degrees according to the NWS Office in Oxnard.

It will be sunny and cooler today, but still warmer that normal as a cooler onshore weather pattern begins to enter the region.

There is a possibility of rain in the forecast Thusday and into Friday, but is expected to be a weak system dropping no more than a half an inch over the two day period.

The weekend will see a return to sunny skies and highs in the 60's.
