Neighborhoods with Monday street sweeping will miss a week
Residential garbage collection in all areas of La Mirada will see a one day delay this week due to observance of Labor Day.
Edco Disposal will resume collections on Tuesday Sept 7 collecting the area normally handled Monday's.
The pattern of a one day delay will continue in all areas of the city each day including the Friday collection zone being collected on Saturday according to a city news release.
The city also reminds residents in the Monday street sweeping zone will not have service tomorrow.
Service in the Monday sweep zone which includes the Foster Park, Neff and Escalona neighborhoods will resume Monday Sept 13.
