Steven Gary Platis, a resident of the 11100 block of Stamy Road was arrested by authorities at a residence in the high desert community of Hesperia 70 miles north of Los Angeles at 12:30 a.m.
Platis is being held on $520,000 bail at the Inmate Reception Center at the Sheriff's Twin Towers in Los Angeles pending arraignment Wednesday at Downey Superior Court.
