12:07 a.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made in the 14000 block of Valley View Av for possession of a controlled substance.
2:30 a.m. An office was broken into and ransacked in the 14700 block of Beach Blvd.
11:51 a.m. A La Mirada deputy made a misdemeanor arrest just outside the city at Leffingwell Rd and Gladhill Rd for possession of a controlled substance.
12:22 p.m. Vandalism was reported in the 13100 block of Sunnybrook Ln.
6:00 p.m. An arrest was made at Leffingwell Rd and Arroyo Dr for driving while impaired.

12:45 p.m. Three vehicles break-ins were reported in the 14300 block of Firestone Blvd.
4:30 p.m. An assault was reported in the 15800 block of Imperial Hwy. The victim was found by business laying on the ground after being beaten.
4:31 p.m. Shoplifting was reported in the 14800 block of Telegraph Rd.

12:30 a.m. Felony vandalism was reported in the 15700 block of Imperial Hwy.
1:50 a.m. An assault was reported at Stage Rd. and Valley View Av,
2:07 a.m. Nothing was reported missing after an overnight burglary of a home in the 14600 block of Jalon Rd.
8:00 a.m. A box-truck was reported stolen from the 16600 block of Knott Ave.

5:00 a.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made at La Mirada Bl and Imperial Hwy for possession of a controlled substance.
7:00 p.m. Four cell phones were taken during a shoplifting incident reported in the 12200 block of La Mirada Blvd.

3:22 p.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made at Imperial Hwy and Ocaso Ave for possession of a controlled substance.
6:15 p.m. An assault related to a domestic violence incident was reported in the 14400 block of Dunnet Dr.
8:52 p.m. A burglary was reported in the 16500 block of Greystone Dr.

7:40 a.m. Shoplifting was reported at the Arco AM/PM at Alondra Blvd and Valley View Ave.
2:00 p.m. An assault with a deadly weapon with a knife (a felony) was reported in the 15900 block of Jalon Rd. The suspect was arrested at a later time by the La Mirada Special Assignment Team (SAO).
8:04 p.m. The Subway at 15076 Rosecrans Ave was robbed after a man in a grey Punisher hoodie entered the eatery and demanded all the money. The suspect then left in a red 4-door possibly a Ford Focus driven by a second suspect east on Rosecrans Av.
Thursday, Dec. 13
10:01 a.m. A bomb-threat made to the Makita USA warehouse in the 14900 block of Northam St was determined to be unfounded after a search was made of the premises.
4:07 p.m. An arrest in the 14200 block of Rosecrans Ave was made of a person under the influence of a controlled substance.
10:15 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 12300 block of La Mirada Blvd. No injuries were reported.
Friday, Dec. 14
2:29 p.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made in the 15000 block of Imperial Hwy for possession of a controlled substance.
3:20 p.m. Felony shoplifting (loss $950 or more) was reported in the 15900 block of Imperial Hwy.
6:06 p.m. Deputies handled a marijuana law violation in the 14700 block of Grayville Dr.
6:08 p.m. An arrest was made in the 14800 block of Telegraph Rd. for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

3:15 a.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made at Alondra Bl and Valley View Av for possession of a controlled substance.

4:52 p.m. Vandalism was reported in the 15200 block of Rosecrans Av.
Friday, Dec. 21
2:21 a.m. A vehicle accident investigation at Stage Rd and Valley View Av. resulted in a felony arrest for driving impaired resulting in injury. Additional fire personnel was sent to the scene due to a person being trapped in the wreckage.
Sunday, Dec. 23
Noon An attempted auto break-in was reported in the 14600 block of Mansa Dr.
