
Tuesday will be another sunny warm day for the La Mirada area, with another big cool down taking place on Wednesday as low pressure moves into the area allowing a deepening marine layer and a chance of rain Thursday through Saturday.
Monday's high was 83 in La Mirada following an overnight low of 50. Tuesday will be cooler in the mid 70's, dropping into the 60's by midweek.
A 20% chance of precipitation is in the forecast for Thursday which could come in the form of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or showers. The greatest chance of rain is on Friday.

Wednesday: Patchy fog before 11am. Otherwise, cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph. High 68.
